South Charleston Resident Claims $50,000 Top Prize In The Strike It Rich Instant Game; 10 Top Prizes

Valerie James, 62, of South Charleston has claimed the West Virginia Lottery’s second $50,000 top prize in the Lottery’s Strike It Rich instant game, according to Lottery Director John Musgrave.

The winning ticket was purchased at One Stop #101 on MacCorkle Ave. in South Charleston.

He said there are 10 $50,000 top prizes remaining to be claimed; the game was introduced Jan. 12.
