World Record Powerball Jackpot Raised to $1.5 Billion

CHARLESTON, W.Va. – The Multi-State Lottery Association’s Powerball group has increased the estimated Powerball jackpot for Wednesday to $1.5 billion, due to higher than anticipated sales across the nation. The world record jackpot’s cash option is now an estimated $930 million.
