Promotion Scheduled for Kanawha City Cancelled Due to Weather

CHARLESTON, W.Va. – The West Virginia Lottery promotion that was scheduled for Friday, Feb. 14, at the Foodland in Kanawha City has been cancelled due to the weather. The event will be rescheduled at a later date.
