Lottery Announces Winners Of Price Is Right® Drawing

The last three of seven winners in the West Virginia Lottery’s The Price Is Right® second chance drawings were announced today by Lottery Director John Musgrave.

The drawing was held Friday; Musgrave said drawing results are not released until winners are contacted and confirmed.

The three prizes include trips to Las Vegas for a four-day, three-night travel package for two, as well as $1,000 spending money, a $4,000 cash prize, and tickets to attend The Price Is Right Experience Game.

The first four winners traveled to Las Vegas last June; Musgrave said this trip will be scheduled for November.

The winners from Friday include Gary Keiffer, 56, of Mabscott, a disabled chemical worker with three grown children; Kerri Pauley, 41, of Charleston and Kendal Ashworth, 58, of Ashton. Pauley is employed by the Charleston Police Department; Ashworth works for the West Virginia Department of Highways.

Patterned after the legendary game show, The Price Is Right® instant game was introduced by the West Virginia Lottery on Feb. 16. Musgrave said seven lotteries participating in the promotion have drawn winners in their respective jurisdictions. In addition to West Virginia, they include Colorado, DC, Idaho, Kentucky, Ohio, and South Carolina.

In addition to the trip package and cash prizes, Musgrave said the names of all winners attending the show will be randomly mixed and drawn for a chance to win up to $1 million on stage.

Winners of the trip in June were Jerry Lowery, 73, of Sumerco, Bob Monk, 54, of Poca, and Larry Selbe, 66, of St. Albans.
