Amma Resident Wins $35,000 Playing GIT-R-Won
February 24, 2012CHARLESTON, W.Va. – West Virginia Lottery Director John Musgrave announced today that Gerry Mitchell of Amma has won $35,000 playing the $3 instant game Git-R-Won.
“I play every day,” Mitchell said. “Every morning I buy two scratch off tickets and a Daily 3 and a Daily 4. I have won several hundred dollars before, but never anything like this!”
Mitchell, who is a truck driver, purchased the winning ticket at One Stop #101 in South Charleston and says he plans on putting his winnings in the bank.
