West Virginia Player Wins $5,000 on the Powerball Cruise

CHARLESTON, W.Va. – Twenty-five West Virginia Powerball Power Cruise winners and their guests just returned from their VIP lottery-winners only Caribbean cruise, and one of them – Kelly Foster of Alloy, returned home with one of the larger prizes given away on the cruise – $5,000.
“My husband and I had a great time on the cruise and we could not believe it when we found out we were one of the $5,000 winners,” Foster said.
Foster, who was one of 24 West Virginia Lottery players to win a spot on the exclusive cruise in a series of drawings last year involving Powerball players who purchased the Power Play option on their tickets, also won a VISA giftcard on the trip. The cruise featured a concert by Kenny Loggins and special prize giveaways throughout the voyage.
