Mega Millions Ticket Worth $1 Million Sold in Morgantown

CHARLESTON, W.Va. – West Virginia has yet another $1 million lottery winner, this time from the Mega Millions game. Someone who purchased their ticket at Bell’s 119 Grocery in Morgantown matched five numbers from Tuesday night’s Mega Millions drawing.

This ticket is the fourth lottery ticket worth $1 million to be sold in West Virginia in the last 38 days. Sam and Barbara Ratliff of Elkview won $1 million from the June 25th Powerball drawing, Robert Lane of Fairmont won $1 million from the July 6th drawing, and an unclaimed Powerball ticket worth 1 million was sold in Worthington from the July 30th Powerball drawing.

The numbers from August 2nd Mega Millions drawing were – 3-12-36-54-70 and the Mega Ball was 12.
