Voluntary Exclusion Program

Learn about our Self-Exclusion Program which allows individuals to voluntarily exclude themselves from all gaming activities at West Virginia Lottery regulated venues, ensuring a responsible approach to gambling.

Find out how you can sign up for the program and access support resources to maintain control over your gaming habits.

Voluntary Exclusion Program

By requesting voluntary self-exclusion, you acknowledge and understand that you are choosing to exclude yourself from all activities at all four West Virginia Racetracks and Casinos, as well as The Historic Greenbrier Casino, all of which are regulated by the West Virginia Lottery. This exclusion also applies to mobile applications and online gaming associated with the West Virginia Lottery.

By signing the Self-Exclusion Request Form, you authorize the Director of the West Virginia Lottery to place your name on the list of excluded persons, in accordance with Racetrack Table Games Rule (§179-8-126 through 130) and/or Limited Gaming Facility Rule (§179-4-171 through 175). Initialing below each term on the form signifies your agreement and understanding of all conditions of this voluntary exclusion.

This process is designed to support your decision to manage your gambling activities responsibly.

If you have any questions or need further information before proceeding, contact us.
