Gov. Justice Appoints Buffington as Acting Lottery Director

CHARLESTON, W.Va. – Gov. Jim Justice has appointed Doug Buffington as the acting director of the West Virginia Lottery after the resignation of former director Alan Larrick today. The appointment is effective immediately.

Buffington is currently serving as the Deputy Secretary for the West Virginia Secretary of Revenue.
